Dates

Saturday 10 January 2026 – Sunday 11 January 2026 (UTC+00)

Timing:

Day 1 and 2 timings.

Session 1, assembly 8.50am Start 9am. Session 2, assembly 10.50am start 11am.

Head to Heads approx 1.30pm.

Double alternating detail

2minutes per end for qualifying,

90 seconds for 3 arrows for individual head to heads or 2 minutes for 6 arrows for team head to heads.

All shooting will be at 18m.

Entry:

£12 Senior, £10 Junior on Saturday

£30 per team on Sunday

There are two qualifying sessions per day. You only need to enter one qualifying round on each day.
Entering more than one session may mean your second entry is refunded if space is needed.

All archers/teams who shoot a qualifier will be put through to the head to heads, however, depending on total numbers some may not have a match.

Awards will be made for each day of the shoot for the winners.

Bosses: Ten Zone Layered Foam.

Refunds: No refunds after the closing date

Closing Date for late entries: 3rd Jan 2026.

Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be available to purchase on the day.

Music: There may be music played during the day.

Deb Horn will be the Head Referee.

Photography: Those that wish to take photographs at the event are to register with the tournament organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, Archery GB, the Club, the Tournament organiser and the working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code.

Data Protection: Upon entry your information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitiors.
